What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming Or NLP

In a nutshell, Neuro-Linguistic Programming known as NLP for short is the study of excellence. Originally created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder by modeling successful psychotherapists. Now I know your wondering what the heck psychotherapy has to do with sales.  In a word, everything. In sales all we do is attempt to communicate our ideas to another person. We are successfully instilling our beliefs about our product or service into another person. The fact is, if you, as a salesperson cannot create an image in your prospects mind of owning your product or service, that prospect will not buy your product. This is where NLP comes into play.
